The issue should not be with Oxide, there were no changes to how plugins work in the update. The only changes that would affect plugins is the Rust update, which you would be downgrading when using the previous version of Oxide.

If you are having performance issues with the latest update, it would be from a Rust change, a plugin affected by a Rust change, or general server performance issues; not Oxide.
