I currently have rcon disable (I believe?) on my server. I didn't set a rcon.password or rcon.port in my batch file.

I also noticed there is an "OxideRcon" setting in the oxide.config.json file. (mine is set to false)

So I have two questions:
1. Can I enable rcon while my server is running? I would like to control the server using a rcon admin tool, but restarting the server takes a lot of time and I don't want to lose my current players.
2. What is OxideRcon? What's the difference? Can I also enable it while my server is running?

You should simply set it in your bat file. I doubt you will be able to do it without a restart tho.

I would not use the Oxide RCON on Rust, it already has RCON.
