I'm a very new server owner and i have a question about some of the plugins and if the conflict with me setting the server from modded to community.
Namely can i have the following plugins and still set the server to community: No Give Notices by Wulf, Vanish by nivex, Admin Panel and the last one Admin Radar by nivex

No Give Notices would not be allowed as that is something that Facepunch sees as being modded as it affects players (they can't see when admin gives items).

Vanish, Admin Panel, and Admin Radar should be fine if only used by admin, but otherwise no as they modify visual aspects of the game.

Modded in Community - Vanilla game play should not be changed/altered in any way. Servers running reserved slots and extra admin tools is fine."

"my opinion is that I don't mind community servers using mods if they don't change gameplay.

the reason for having community servers seperate is so that players don't join and are given kits and are running around (d)eathmatching things like reserved slots aren't really a big deal"

Because they are going against the rules and risking being blacklisted.

but as i see that process doesnt work anyways. Also what about fake online? why they are not blacklisted (easy to catch it, just with some requests) also with mirrors
