Im 100% im an admin but cant spawn stuff in after a fresh install. Did I forget anything? I can do other admin stuff just fine

Sounds like you have a plugin that is overriding item giving, but you're lacking permissions. Ex. Give

Granting the permissions per the Give documentation would resolve your issue if you want to use it.
