That is entirely up to you, but eventually OnPlayerInit will no longer be used and removed; so replacement is suggested.

The same way you did before. OnPlayerInit was essentially the same as OnPlayerConnected.

OnUserApprove > OnPlayerConnected

OnUserApprove > OnPlayerInit/OnPlayerConnected
