Updated Rust, installed new Oxide update, wiped server, started a new.....
Error with Bot Spawn pluginNot An Issue
I only see one plugin in that log. I would need to know the exact Oxide version and see the full log to help otherwise.

If you have Oxide 4439 or newer, you need to update your BotSpawn plugin.
Search the interwebs. :o)
