Let's start with, i'm from EU and i opened server is US
I can't find it, i cleared cache, config, but anyway.. some people can find it, even i saw some Brazilians was connected to it... but i never can find it on list.

When i joined to it manually, it shows me Amsterdam 2...

try the client.connect <IP> 

My server is favorited, and has Steam friends in it, and a good amount of times it won't show up for a while, nor in my favorites, but will show in modded... That whole server list is wonky.
