As per title... Is there around a plugin that let me tweak the recycler so that it does not output scraps at all?
As weird it might sounds, it would be incredibly useful on one of my servers.

Then remove the entries for scrap from each item in the \data\RecycleManager.json. Throw your finished config into JSON Lint to verify it.
