Notify bans to Discord?

Hi,

Are there any plugins that would post to Discord channel whenever a person has been banned? I'm using BattleMetrics RCON to manage the bans and haven't found any existing working plugins, there's DiscordMessages but it uses it's own ban feature to complete the notification and implement the ban.

I'd just want to send message to Discord whenever a ban has been issued on the server.

It seems unnecessary to have that whole plugin just to use one of it's feature, I prefer to keep everything minimal as the player count is very high so is the load on the server.
