I am wondering if any of you have experience or tips on what commands to change to which values etc in order to get the server to perform better.

I know you can disable ai alltogether, but it kinda sucks to have bears and scientists standing still in place. So is there a way to make them perform better, but not stopping them from walking at all, etc?

Try entering into console find server or find ai or find dev or find physics

perf and report can be handy, too. Make a backup, then start changing settings and testing, then compare reports.
