Is it still a thing that a server has to have a certain number of players before you can type "supply.call" in the server console for it to work?  Doesn't seem to do anything for me.

Yes, it is still a command according to the server.

Oh, sorry. Misread that part. Pretty sure you'd need a plugin for that. The command itself exists, I'm not sure why it wouldn't work otherwise.
