Any idea all what ones cause lag? i.e rubberbanding so far i know of the powerlesss auto ones still do and looking at what others do? if anyone knows please let me know ty.

There are a lot of factors there, so there's no real "list" of plugins that may or may not contribute to your server performance based on potentially existing performance issues with the server.

Your best bet is to test. Some plugins will be more demanding than others.
