When starting it stucks in

 

Unloading 3203 unused Assets to reduce memory usage. Loaded Objects now: 756667.
Total: 862.659036 ms (FindLiveObjects: 104.296425 ms CreateObjectMapping: 62.464891 ms MarkObjects: 616.982623 ms  DeleteObjects: 78.914788 ms)

Check your server log for any errors, otherwise there's nothing to go on there.

I can't get to my logs because I'm at work but our server has crashed twice since update. Will post logs soon

Yeah mine started fine but crashed twice, reapplied oxide and its still up so.
