Server freezes after plugin reload

For some time randomly after changing/reloading a plugin the server freezes and it uses about 800% cpu.
Does anyone else have this problem? it is really annoying because I have to change plugins only when the server is empty to avoid loosing players.

is it when reloading a particular addon?

If so what addon?

Are you running the most up to date version of all your addons?

Whats your server stats? (CPU, RAM, HDD or SSD)

How often do you restart your server?

Is it a shared game server? Rented dedicated server? Or is it self hosted?

Last time it happend when I updated DiscordMessages.
Not all plugins are up to date, I have a lot and some are custom.
It is a dedicated server with 32GB ram, SSD, and 6 cores CPU(12 threads)
Server is restarted once every day
