i have removedTurretConfig/Turret Manager/Automatic Authorization i phyiscally Auth on my turrets. and they keep shooting me still on my server i do not know what plugin is causing this but it shoots at all authorized users still.

How did you remove the mentioned plugins ?
Did you unload first or did you just delete the .cs files ?
yes i unloaded, but they literally keep shooting at me even after i auth it makes no sense
Seems weird.
My best suggestion is to first do a full reload (oxide.reload), and if that doesn't work then unload all and load one at a time.

1. Always post list in pastebin. Its hard to read your compressed images
2. Remove all plugins from plugins folder (move to other folder), and then restart the server. Place new turret and check. If issue still remains -> game issue
Thanks. I figured out that in the server configuration file, "Turrets target all even authorized players" was toggled onOrange
