Can't get port forwarding to work
What exactly is the issue with it?
So I port forwarded and I connected with IPv4 address with: client.connect IP:28015 and it works for me now. If I give external IP to my friends, will they be able to connect since I can?

make sure you\ve place those ports on your firewall aswell on the sections as inpound and outpound if you aren't doing this your server will be known as a localhost which means only you can join your sever with client.connect localhost or if you don't know how to place those ports inside your firewall then disable it which i don't recomment because while disableing your firewall it makes your server vulnerable which means it'll be easy for hackers to get into your pc
Yeah problem was firewall I disabled it and now it works, but how do I make it public? Like so people could see it in the menu

yeah open your firewall and go to settings then press the inpound section, and then use poort then only the udp 28015 because you aren't using the rcon option which is 28016 so for now use only UDP 28015 do the samething on the outpound section,
