Can any explain how or post a video on how to create new ingame item icons using SkinIDs. I know this can be done. I dont know how its being done. And befroe anyone says it cant be done I have seen several plugins and developers that have done this already with example paper notes maing them look like somethign else in game.  

Example Orange and a couple others have done this with some of their plugins they have made. I have searched all over Google and YouTube. with no luck. I know how to create Custom Icons that show up in the Workshop but they dont translate to ingame. This is badly needed for a couple plugins I am currently working on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
