It just hangs, there is a connection with it, but it does not receive or give information. the processor loads 100%.
Logs stops writing. No Errors, no thinks.
Does anyone have a similar one?

Also make sure you aren't selecting text in the local console window as that will cause it to freeze.
server on linux, and worked until december update perfectly.
but now server freezes like on windows when select text in console!

Being as the Rust server has no console on Linux, that wouldn't be the case then. I'm not really sure what would be causing your issue, sorry.
my time of save every cache time increment:
(interval save - 1 minute)

Miracletoday get up server on localhost on win32, and he too freeze
BUT only if you approach 1 cell to the bandit camp!
But if server start without save he is't freeze in b.town.
On outpost all good, but server will be freeze if player in bandit camp.
It's problem with bandit bots AI. Run your server with param "-nav_disable 1" to fix it.
I have same problem on other map (infinity cycle for calc NavMesh behaviour) ->> console freeze.
But if i don't use your .sav file and build new .map and .sav files, server(size 4000, seed 1229) not freezing.
