Worked just fine until the update.  Now, custom map lootboxes are no longer accessible.

Same with barrels.  You can bust them and get the loot, but the object remains and doesn't fall apart.

Same thing with my server! Tested just before the update and everything was fine. Now all custom barrels and boxes is hard to loot and it stays there after being looted

yeah... just checked on the RustEdit website and others are saying the same thing(s).  Guess we wait until he fixes it before we can serve custom maps.
