Some plugins taking long to save

Hey! Every time my server saves, these 3 plugins also save but take a very long time to do so which then causes a 3-4 second lag spike.
I was wondering if there's a way to.. Clean them? If that makes sense... Or are they always going to take this long to save?

Then your disk is too slow, you have way too much data or your disk is used by something else. What is your data-file size for these plugins?

OMG that's really a lot. I hate when plugins don't clear their data files.

Yeahhhh just noticed how full they are wow...
I'm glad it's just that, I've been stressing out on this lag issue for many months now.
Only issue is that I'm having difficulties deleting the data file for FurnaceSplitter.
