Despite redoing my batch file over and over to try and find my error I can't seem to get my server to connect to RustAdmin, I've checked my port numbers and RCON #/pass and everything matches, I'm not sure if its an incompatibility thing or if I've made an error that I didn't catch. My server is up and running, I just can't get any RCON tool to connect to it. 

i came acrost problem one time where i had special chars in my pass and it would not connect try with just pass passtest see if that fixes it. also make sure port is open.  what is your start line in your batch.

In RustAdmin make sure you ticked WebRcon! Default is Experimental and this will cause it not to connect as well
