The NoDecay plugin appears to be broken now and I'm not seeing any others after searching for similar mods. Is there a server setting or startup parameter to disable decay globally?

what do any of the decay. varibales do? decay.upkeep? decay.scale?

decay.scale 0
decay.upkeep false

decay.scale = player crafted deployables
decay upkeep  = player built buildings
