On my server, the points are not on the stones, but above them. What is it and how can I solve the problem?

Is there any plugin that alters the node spawning? Otherwise the best bet would be to report this to facepunch because in that case its more likely a game bug
restart your server to fix this.. messing with population commands or ent killing nodes?
plugin installed Gather Manager after restarting the server, the problem is solved, but after 1 hour it repeats

If you think its a plugin remove them one by one to see which one it is.

I have tested it. With same plugins and cfgs on test server node points was normal. No glitch. So I don't know what is cauising this... If you find something, please let me know...

I have found the solution for my server. When I deleted RemoveAnimalsAI and restarted the server, problem fixed. Thanks to all.
