I've been seeing these on the panel for a while.When this occurs, the player list appears completely empty in the panel.   
Anybody have an idea?

"on the panel" -- what panel are you talking about? do you see the same thing when you type 'stats' in server console/rcon?

rcon panel and yes appears when I type stat
