Sounds like your server may not be fully updated. Please make sure you update Rust before updating Oxide.
i tryed to update and it said up to date and i updated oxide to newest also and its the same only certain players get error

so ive tryed everything and updated all mods and a map wipe fixes problem everytime when i delete all but blueprints but happens again shortly after

No, it would very easily be from a plugin or Rust. It would have to be something doing something while a player is respawning or connecting, probably while the player was not fully available.

now i have the same ON MY SERVER i cant join my own server gg this errors needs to be fixed some of my users left my server bcs of that

i still have the problem but now with my account !i rly need a fix for that
I would start by redoing the last update (both steam and oxide update).
Next I would run oxide.reload PluginName and see if any addons toss back errors, IF I had to toss a guess theres a plugin thats either outdated or make sure your running the newest version of each addon.
If the above dosent work get your logs (Not the RCON log with this error) but the log that might give people like wulf a better chance to help yous.
Just saying that theres this error and getting mad at a community of voluenteers probably wont get you far.

unload all plugins see if you can log in.
all plugins and oxide updated 100% but unloading all plugins sounds like a solution to test it !thank you man i try it after my work today !
