Server crashing/hanging crash

I am currently having issues with my server, it's a 3x and barely has maybe 7-10 players max on at a time. Every once in awhile (I can't replicate it) everyone will lag super hard and get disconnected with message:Disconnected: Packet Flooding: Player Tick

I am seeing no error logs although the only weird thing I see is that my server is not showing up on RustIO's website search engine... I cannot express how frustrating this is. If anyone could shed some light on what the issue might be let me know.

Intel Xeon E3-1271 v3 @3.60GHz

32GB DDR3-1600
1gbps
240GB SSD

Increase vars such as server.maxtickcount and server.commandratelimit (not sure exactly about names, but something like that). It should stop kicks with that error.

Sorry to burst your bubble but NFO really isn't good. I had 2 servers there with nothing but problems. One time they even just moved my the server from one box to another resulting me in getting a new IP and thus losing 90% of my players. Their response? "Yeah this sometimes happens".

Really a big F.U. to any server owner that has been working his ass of to get the server populated.

I've had nothing but good experience with NFO for the most part. I think I finally fixed the issue, whatever it was. I just installed some plugins to prevent players from dropping tons of items as well as blocked instant crafting of certain items. Lowered bot spawns etc. RAM/CPU usage has been/was fine the whole time so I doubt doing this changed anything. The only thing I've really changed is swapping out all my discord plugins for just the one DiscordRewards paid plugin and that has been working fine since. I haven't had any hanging crashes or anything, but will definitely keep posted.

I'm not arguing with you, I'm asking if this is a common thing to have to do. Should it be necessary for me to have to do this? I'm 100% up for doing it, but is it what most people are having to do or is this something to do with my server?

Its the only way to handle this problem known by me.
This wouldn't fix my issue I don't think though, when it happens my server won't come back until I quit it in console and boot it back up/let it autoreboot with RSM... I really can't figure out what the hell the issue is here and it's very frustrating...

Looks more like Rust:IO than Discord there. Discord having errors isn't going to cause the server to crash, it isn't doing anything even remotely related to the server itself.

Cause of the Warning or cause my server isn't showing up on playrust.io? I actually moved to a new dedicated server as the server they send me I guess they forgot the SSD or something, so servers were running off of HDD, they're the same size so I didn't pay much attention to it although I did think load times were a bit longer. Didn't realize till I looked deeper into it... The Discord Extension warnings seem to have stopped and I only have Discord Rewards and Discord Extension on one of my two servers... I'd like one of the bots to show all users who have authenticated rather than per server, as I have tried the paid version of Discord Rewards and don't really know how it would work because once I reload the plugin on one server, the status gets changed to however many people have authenticated on THAT server, and then reloading on the other server does the same thing... Is there a way around this or? I assumed it was because of the fact you had to message the bot your code with the other plugins so I got this one that PM's you like all the other servers, but, it seems like you get problems if you use the same token for other servers...
