I was just wondering if there was any way for admins to build or place things in radtowns?

I have not, but i'll give it a try.

u could google for "ubertool"  its a payed plugin, but easy to use.

I've thought about buying that but was seeing if there were any other options available first. I am trying to put lighting in radtowns for night time.

FacePunch made restriction zones around all monuments years ago for good reason, it stopped clans griefing the monuments and stopped idiots ruining the game for solo players,

I get that, but for what I'm trying to do as an admin, I need to be able to place things in radtowns.
