so i've seen a server using their own skins with the server name on a few items... anyway you can upload the exported file from rustworkshop and upload them to the server?

No, they are creating and uploading skins to the Steam Workshop. You'd utilize a plugin and the Workshop Skin ID.

so ive looked up the workshop item page: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1874401299
spotted the id in the url..
added that to skins config: https://gyazo.com/bf318af430a8a131b101d2281ea1eb2d
then reloaded Skins.cs

nevermind i sussed it!! it just displays as a normal tshirt with arms.. thanks Wulf!!! a boss as usual!!
