When players start the locked crate on oil rig, the chinook doesn't come that drops off heavy scientists. The chinook also flies around the map but doesn't ever drop any locked crates. I'm thinking a plugin is causing this but I am not sure which one. I used TimeOfDay and TimedEvents. Not sure what other plugins could be the cause of this?

It's not TimeOfDay, I use that.
Try disabling TimedEvents and start the oil rig timer.
i have timed events, works perfectly fine.
It's because I had the default chinook disabled. All good now.
