Anyone has any good tips on how to set up staff that is also playing on the server?

Obviously admins can't be players because of all the powers they have. Now this makes finding admins a bit hard because they get bored easily. So I need staff that doesn't get bored. And a way to keep them from getting bored is to have them also playing on the server. But this means limited powers to prevent abuse.

I was thinking of only allowing them to kick/mute people.

How would I do such a thing? I dont know which powers a moderator already has in Rust.

The only difference is admins can remove moderators. Moderators can't remove admins or other moderators.
