Where do I find info about what was in a partial (or optional) server update, the ones that cause uMod to be updated and have its version number increased.

Chears for the reply. I did look at both but only see notes about main patches not partial or optional, guess I am not looking hard enough or just not the correct place. I did watch a rustified stream that had all the info of the recent stuff.
