Hello i have a problem with one plugin but i don't really know wich one can you help me to fix it ?

You'd have to search your plugin files to see which plugin is setting an empty color tag. Notepad++ works great for this.

No, that looks fine.

When i unload the password plugin the issue is gone but when i load it the <color=> is back :/
