so im trying to update my steam server an cmd says the app is updated! iv tryed this several times an its still not connecting an cmd says its updated! i am running a modded server would it have something to do with Oxide?

That means your server is outdated. You are likely installing an older Oxide build, which would downgrade your server to the patched files included with it. I would suggest testing without Oxide first, and then after with Oxide and making sure the method you are installing from is up-to-date.
what link are u using to get oxide from as i had this issue yesterday with oxide till Wulf posted a new link to oxide on github
