I can spawn in everything but the horse. /rspawn horse will not work not sure what has changed? Anyone have any ideas that may be causing this. Have FP changed the way the game calles the horses now? 

in the .cs file look for assets/rust.ai/nextai/testridablehorse.prefab  change that to    assets/content/vehicles/horse/ridablehorse2.prefab 
and now you can span in the horse for players.  I have tested it and it works a treat.
