i was batteling with this issue too

the answer is to go to your  oxide\config\kits.json

NOT your oxide\data\kits.json

in there there is a variable "Show All Kits": false,
just change it to "Show All Kits": true, and reload the mod

This thread is extremely old, I don't need to worry about this anymore lol.

But as per my previous response (1 year ago), I had already tried modifying this configuration option.



As this post is so old I imagine this has since been fixed - or if it was just a misconfiguration on my end who knows..
