any one know issue ? Skinned items lost its skin id efects. any skinned item from kits give simple item. other plugins wirking fine. only kits....

Same issue here. It's keeping things like Bag of Holding from being delivered properly as well. 

Hello, same here, I have the same problem

I'm not willing to say this fixed it just yet, however once I updated PlayerDLCAPI it seems as if Kit will give out the Bag of Holding again. I'm still testing it before I tell my users that it's fixed but this may help with your skinning issues.
