Autokits work on PVE death. ie. Bear killing you, dying to fire, starvation, etc. But if someone kills you, you do not spawn with an autokit. What am i missing here?

Same here. I use noescape after disable comabtblock or the plugin autokits works for me but i have in fight no combatblock.
