Any chance you can add a button to the Rust Kits Main Screen - Right in the middle between the "Kits" and the "X". Make it clickable, called "Got VIP?", when clicked, takes the player to the servers VIP webpage? Maybe even put a place in the config where we can put our VIP webpage info so we don't have to mess with the .cs file?
