Not showing any kits to non admins when using /kit and idk if there is a certain permission for it. 

Kits can be seen by all players by default.  Check to make sure Permissions is left blank.  If it says kits.admin, then only this permission can see the kits.  Also, make sure you don't have "Hidden" checked off.  This will hide it from everyone.  This is so you can create kits without everyone seeing what you're working on. When you want to publish a kit, then you deselect the Hidden Checkbox and now they can see it. 

You can also create a permission at the time you create any kit, on the fly.  Let's say you want to create a VIP kit for just players you think deserve to have them.  In the permission you would write something like kits.vipweapons or kits.vip1 ... you won't have to check the hidden because when you name a permission, you are hiding this from players without that permission. If you do check the Hidden Checkbox, they won't see it (again, for the developing stage of creating kits, prepublish)
