running the /kit resetuses (name) and (kit name) no matter what returns "Unable to find the specified Kit"

works ok now after the update
is this actually an admin only command or can players abuse its use ? , i checked kits permissions using permission manager as i thought resetuses would appear but it does not ! , can this be changed to a permission so that it can be reserved for admins. moderators etc ?

all i know is... the chat command works.. now the F1 one doesnt.
