I have a moderators perm group that I give new moderators (they do not have the rust moderator_id) and I need them to be able to reset player data at wipe time.

Alternatively maybe set up a config / code to automatically reset player kit data at wipe time.

This is a good suggestion for whatever other reason you might need separate permission to allow specific players to reset the kits usage data. But for a wipe reset there's already a toggle in the config. Set it to true and it should works unless the plugin fails to load the 1st time after a map wipe, then it won't delete the data I guess.
