Its all explained in detail in the documentation for the plugin,
There is an option in the gui which says "Hidden" and an option box to tick if  you want it hidden (does not show in kit gui menu when /kit is typed)
and there is an option in the data file which you can option

Dont forget if any changes are made in the DATA file they must be made when the plugin is unloaded, saved then reload plugin
