i have had this plugin installed on my server but now after spending hours trying too get the autokit too work i deleted it from the FTP and now when i add the mod back server doesnt even wanna start what a huge waste of time but unfortuantly theres no other free kit mods which sucks bc i donlt wanna spend 3 hours trying too get one thing to work when i could be doing other stuff 

Adding or removing this plugin will not affect your server starting or stopping (depending on which thread i refer to !)   one thread says its stopping the server and the other says the server is starting but you cannot get it to work.
to get autokit to work is easy. make sure you have the admin permission for kits (even though you are the admin/owner)
so type /oxide grant user <your name> kits.admin which allows player to use admin functions
you should get a confirmation that either its been granted or you already have it.
then type /kit add autokit and the gui will come up allowing you to create a new kit,
ensure you have the weapons, tools, clothing etc in your inventory so you can copy it into the kit, when you have saved the autokit go to kits data folder and check to see if it is listed .

As for spending many many hours editing data and config json files its all part of being a server owner . welcome to the club  :)
