I really don't know with kits. Maybe it only saves the item ID. Could there be an item ID for each genetic variation of each clone? Probably not. Maybe you could offer the specific clone via a vending machine that only accepts a particular rare item that you include in a kit (like bleach, duct tape, glue or any other discontinued item?)
