how to translate the plugin into another language?
I translated and added the Kits.json file to the Ru folder. nothing has changed, what did I do wrong, why not translate?

Have you restart your server after add lang file in ru folder? For some reason some of my translations take effect just after add them and some need server restart.
You should also check your file by a json validator for errors.
And check if your rust client lang setting is ru.
