If I configure a autokit with a total of 25 items, then I will get the autokit on first spawn or after death. However, if I put 26 or more items in the autokit, then I suddenly no longer get the autokit but also no error messages in game or in any log file.

I wonder if these changes will fix your issue too in the meantime.
