Kit dont want to redeem it
if you click on redeem it will not get in the inventory

Did you do /kit items with the all the items for the kit in your inventory?

You have to equip yourself with all the items you want in the kit (it wont include anything in a backpack) So put put all the clothing in the clothing box, weapons,tools in belt and ammo, food etc in main inventory before you type /kit items, you should get a confirmation that your inventory was added to the kit,
