he can only swap the kit he is wearing by getting a kit with /kit or swapping it from a locker but trying to move it from equipped to inventory it is locked any ideas?

Might be another plugin conflicting with Kits (?)
Never had this problem moving any clothing (inventory) to main inventory /backpack, it is something done many times a day especially when moving into and out of rad zones or using diving equipment/clothing
