Is it possible to have the plugin select a skin from a list of ID's?

For example: "Skin": "0","1","2",

This is a quick way to add variety to the Kits when being used on NPCs. At the moment I'm having to create full kits over and over with minor changes between them :/

I have attempted many ways to get this to happen through configuration of the data files but have been unsuccessful... so far.

Creating many kits at the moment for different NPCs and then it's time consuming adding those kits to other plugins, which select the kits randomly.

So you want the dev to add a configuration for every conceivable weapon/clothing/tool so that a skin can be added/changed for each/any item in any kit you create ?

Not what I said at all.

However, having the ability for kits to choose from a list of skin ID's that I create, instead of being confined to just one skin ID when creating an NPC kit would be ideal for variety.
