I need a permission for the default players cause I don't want them to be able to use the /kit command at all.
But they do use it cause they know it and are irritated cause there are not kits for them.
I only use kits for customizing NPC's from plugins like Pilot Eject.

They will still annoyed because instead of seeing an empty GUI they will get a "you do not have permission to use this command"  and what  permission could it be ? , after all permissions are usually granted to allow players to access rewards
or to stop them accessing them before they have the permission.
You could always change the word to access the kit menu so when they type kit they will only get  "unknown command"
